Success from within – How our participants make the greatest impact

Published by Meredith Patrell-Fazio on

While at Triangle, Inc., you can find Diana heading out to a volunteer site, relaxing with friends, or out in the community with our Transition services group. But her day is far from over at 3pm when she leaves our headquarters in Malden. For the past 3 years, she has been working at AMC’s theater in the bustling Assembly Row shopping district and establishing herself as a model employee. Whether her manager needs help training a new hire or needs someone to work over-time, Diana has become their go-to person for it all.

Diana even worked this past Thanksgiving! While most people were home enjoying a warm meal and the company of their families, she was working, proving her commitment to her employer and acting as a positive role model for the current School to Career participants. When asked about her position at the theater, she said, “When I come to AMC I have purpose and I’m part of a family, everyone loves me,” and it’s not hard to see why! Diana’s family, friends, and her extended Triangle family are immensely proud of her work ethic, dedication, and for her leadership in the ongoing battle for social justice.

AMC is a model employer that supports Triangle’s mission and is committed to helping the world realize we are all people with ability.
