From Empowerment to Employment: The Difference Your Donation Makes

Triangle offers a diverse set of services to the Massachusetts disability community. By emphasizing the four key tenets of our mission, we are able to support each person we serve with the exact services needed to reach their unique goals. Some people get support while building employment skills, enrolling in school, or finding a job. Other services help learners develop independent living skills. Many of our programs provide a social outlet that fosters lasting friendships and build trusted support from Triangle staff members. Your donations help change lives, in many ways, every day.

Community

Triangle day and residential programs serve more than 250 people with disabilities of all ages, some of whom have been with us for more than 50 years! The sense of community fostered through friendships and the bonds built with trusted Triangle staff members give each person in our programs a place to belong and to be supported as they stay active and connected to their community. Your donations help us offer recreational programming, beach and community events, off-hours gatherings, and outings to museums, ball games, local events, theme parks, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Employment

Last year, Triangle placed 100+ people with disabilities into competitive jobs across all of our employment-focused programs. Your donations help us enhance employment-readiness and placement services for job seekers of all ages through the development of new curricula, school partnership programs, and structured internships that advance the careers of job seekers with disabilities.

Empowerment

At Triangle, supporting people with disabilities goes beyond building employment and life skills. We also encourage participants to advocate for themselves, understand their personal rights, and make healthy decisions. To that end, your donations support Triangle’s abuse prevention, self-advocacy, and boundary setting programs to help more than 700 people with disabilities build skills that help them navigate their communities with confidence.

Independence

Last year, 1,000+ people with disabilities received services that aligned with their professional and personal goals as part of Triangle’s programs. Our teams work closely across departments as part of a cross disciplinary approach that fosters positive program culture and curated service plans for each program participant. Your donations ensure that we invest in excellent clinical services to provide high quality and effective programs that go beyond many of our peers in the disability service industry.

Your support allows us to enrich and enhance our legacy programs. It allows us to develop new service models that meet the emerging needs of the disability community. And, in the future, your donations will allow us to preserve our services to the best of our ability as service providers face a challenging funding landscape in 2026. Click here to donate today!
