Published by Zoe Campbell on

Main Street – Susan G.

Susan G., a Triangle, Inc. program participant at our Main Street location in Malden, is a hard working woman who is always willing to try new things. She was recently placed at Burlington Stores after a few years of actively seeking independent employment. Susan has tried every single one of our group sites, as she never says “no” to an opportunity to learn something new. She faces everything that comes at her with an optimistic attitude and truly embodies the spirit of the Triangle mission.

Bruce P.- Pearl Street

Bruce P., a longtime Triangle, Inc. program participant based out of the Pearl Street location, has worked incredibly hard over the years to find the right job for him. Always willing to volunteer for group projects, Bruce continued to persevere towards his goal of going to work in the community. His efforts have paid off, as he has recently become competitively employed at Five Guys, working on the weekends in a local store.

Salem – John N.

John N. has been working at Cape Cod Polish as a sealer for several years, based out of Triangle’s Salem location. John is always eager to work and has many skills that serve him well at CCP. John also hosts an annual outing for the Salem Triangle program at the Marblehead Yacht Club each year, where he is a member. Thanks to John’s generosity, everyone enjoys a boat ride and pizza party on the dock. John also takes time to mentor other individuals at the library on community trips.

Randolph – Nyree W.

Nyree W., a program participant at Triangle’s Randolph location, received her official documentation to become a Certified Teachers Assistant through the Department of Early Education and Care Teacher Certification program. Her name has now been placed into a database for other providers looking for her assistance in the community. Nyree worked hard to achieve this goal, and showed her will and determination in overcoming obstacles while pursuing her dream.

North Shore Cluster Residences – John P.

John P., a resident of one of Triangle’s homes, is a ray of light and joy to be around! He always has a smile on his face and ensures that those around him feel the same. He cares deeply for his peers and his coworkers, and he goes out of his way to make others feel cared for. When a longtime friend and housemate passed away recently, he was there to support his housemates and staff and visit with his mother every weekend, setting aside time to spend with her. John is always ready to try new things, and he was one of the first people to raise his hand when Triangle began sailing sessions with Piers Park Sailing Center. He has now participated in two summer sessions with Piers Park.

Metro-North Cluster Residences – Jimmy K.

Jimmy K., a resident and program participant at Triangle’s Main Street location in Malden, is a kind man who is thoughtful, humorous, and a go-getter! The gentlemen at the residence have grown up together and are a huge part of each other’s lives. Everyone around Jimmy can see that he cares very much for his peers. He is always willing to assist them, constantly helping them walk, carry items, or point them in the right direction. He’s a big help around his home and is always ready to assist with chores. Jimmy has an adventurous spirit, leading him to try lessons with Piers Park Sailing Center in East Boston. He has now participated in two summer sessions learning the workings of a 22-foot sonar sail boat.
