A Triangle Holiday Season!
As the holiday season winds down and the new year has begun, we can reflect on the busy and festive time of year. Staff members and program participants celebrated the season with giving, reflection, and joy, concluding another productive year for Triangle, Inc.
The major event for Triangle in December, the organization-wide holiday party, happened on the 19th at Anthony’s of Malden. The entire community came together to enjoy a celebration of the season with delicious food, upbeat music, and holiday spirit. Over 300 people from Triangle’s five locations and ten residences attended, in addition to staff members from Combined Properties, who generously sponsored the event. Triangle’s staff doled out hearty helpings of food prepared by the caterers at Anthony’s, and after everyone ate lunch, attendees took to the dance floor. Between “selfie stations,” guessing-games, and fun music, there was never a dull moment!
While coming together as a community and enjoying each other’s company during the holidays is important, Triangle also embraced the giving spirit of the season. Triangle’s EPIC (Empowering People for Inclusive Communities) program hosted their seventh annual toy drive in December, collecting and wrapping 236 toys donated at the Boston office and at Triangle’s headquarters in Malden. The team brought the gifts to Pernet Family Health Service in Worcester, spreading holiday cheer to participants in their early intervention program.
