Triangle Partners With the City of Beverly DPW For Group Employment

Published by Ava Pizziferri on

Earlier, this year we launched a new group employment opportunity with the City of Beverly’s Department of Public Works, and Triangle participants from our Salem site have been hard at work throughout the city refreshing the fire hydrants.

Twice a week, Triangle participants head out into the city, priming and painting the fire hydrants a bright red. Painting the fire hydrants will not only improve how they look but also aid first responders in locating the hydrants during an emergency. After each fire hydrant has a fresh coat of paint, Triangle participants gather important data to ensure that all hydrants meet operational standards and are updated as necessary.

Triangle, Inc. CEO Rachel Kaprielian and Beverly Mayor Mike Cahill recently visited with Triangle participants on the job as they were at work restoring the fire hydrants – check out photos from their visit below!
