Rachel Kaprielian, Chief Executive Officer

Rachel became CEO of Triangle, Inc. in September 2024, after a long career in public sector management and policy development, service delivery, and corporate relations.  She was elected as a six-term state legislator in Massachusetts, and was later appointed Registrar at the MA Registry of Motor Vehicles, a position she held for six years.  She was then appointed by Governor Patrick to his Cabinet as Secretary of Labor and Workforce Development, where she focused on developing policies and pathways to connect more people to in-demand work opportunities.  Following her varied state service, she was appointed by President Obama to serve as Regional Director of US Health and Human Services, where she worked on quality and access to human services and health care in New England. Immediately prior to coming to Triangle, she was Director of Government Relations and Public Policy for McDonald’s Corporation.

Throughout her life and career, Rachel has always been committed to robust and accessible human services and has worked to foster community, contribution, and inclusion for all people. She has served for the past six years as Vice President on the Triangle Board of Directors, where she helped guide the strategic plan and supported the growth of new service delivery channels.

Rachel is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts, and she and her husband Paul are proud parents to two adult children: Will, who is neurodiverse and a student at community college, and Kaitlin, a public school teacher.  When not at work, Rachel likes to visit interesting places, both near and far from home, and especially loves time and adventure with her family and friends.

As Director of Autism Services, Travis comes to Triangle with a range of professional experiences as both a Program Director and Direct Support Professional during his studies to receive his Master’s in Special Education.  A collegiate internship while at Endicott College shifted his professional focus to work with youth and adults on the Autism Spectrum and helped shape his career.   With 4 years at Bridgewell as a Program Director of an Autism Day Habilitation Facility, Travis’ leverages his experience working with participants, employees and families, as well as his passion, to provide the best supports and education possible for those on the Spectrum within Triangle’s Day Services.  In his spare time, Travis is a diehard New England sports fan and enjoys getting outdoors with his wife as well as spending as much time as possible with family, particularly his nieces and nephews.

Among many other responsibilities as Chief of Workforce Initiatives, Corey and his team work to provide high school students training and exposure so they can move on from high school and join the workforce as part of their Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program. Through the department’s Competitive Integrative Employment Services (CIES) work, the team connects adults to jobs, supports adults in advancing in their careers, and helps adults to maintain employment.

John enjoys cooking and barbecuing, homebrewing, reading at least two newspapers every Sunday, and spending time with his wife, son, and their dog, Lenny. John holds a BA in Print Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
